The Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation is a commitment to homeowners in today's market. A Licensed Realtor who has earned this designation is a professional who has dedicated their time and effort to understanding the issues distressed homeowners are dealing with and is ready to help. Less than 1% of REALTORS® nationwide hold this designation.
The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation has been a symbol of achievement in education and residential sales experience since 1977. Less the 5% of REALTORS® nationwide hold this prestigious designation!
The Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) is a nationally recognized educational institute dedicated to furthering the fundamental knowledge and skills of REALTORS® and is a real estate industry designation similar to other industry designations such as a CPA - Certified Public Accountant.

The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. The ABR designation is geared towards agents who wish to enhance their their proficiency at servicing the special needs of buyers.
The Keller Williams Agent Leadership Council (ALC) is comprised of the top twenty percent of the Keller Williams® agent body in the Market Centers. The purpose of the Associate Leadership Council is to guarantee our associates a vehicle for giving direct input as to the operation of Keller Williams.
