Here are the CHFA down payment assistance program rates for this weekend!
CHFA is at 6.375% for First Time Buyers using the 3% Assistance, this is up from last week.
The Denver Bond money is virtually gone. We are taking people on a wait list ( must have a contract ). All of the participating lenders will be pooling the remaining funds into 1 big pot and we will be notified when that will be released.
