HUD just raised the FHA loan limits so more borrowers can have access to low interest rate FHA mortgages!
The new limits in the Metro Denver area are as follows:
-- Adams, Arapahoe, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, and Jefferson Counties = $406,250
-- Boulder County = $460,000
For other counties, go to the following web site and choose Colorado from the "State" drop-down menu. Then hit "Send". There is no need to select any other menu items.
