NOW is the time to buy!
All the media hype and newspaper articles would have you believe the real estate market is in dire straits and buying a home is a terrible investment. No doubt that in some parts of the county the real estate market is suffering tremendous losses. However, not every market is the same. No way is it possible to compare the Denver market to that of Las Vegas or Phoenix. Home prices have dropped nation wide but some markets are fairing better than others. The Denver Metro Area is one of those markets that is the exception to the rule. We have seen declines in property values in the last couple of years but it's been very small compared to other markets. What we are seeing now is, good properties, in good locations, priced right, are selling ...... and selling quickly. Some homes are even enjoying multiple offers for full price!
The old saying "buy low and sell high" have not been more apparent than it is now! Homes prices are the lowest we have seen in some time. That being said doesn't it make sense to buy a home now? Of course it does! And if you have been thinking of buying an investment home or two....now is a GREAT time to be a real estate investor!
