The Fed announced this morning that they have decided to begin buying mortgage bonds, which has dramatically improved rates. Just to give you an idea on rates today:
RATES RIGHT NOW WITH NO ORIGINATIN FEE
FHA - 5.5 %
VA – 5.375%
CONVENTIONAL 30 YR – 5.125%
CONVENTONAL 15 YR – 4.625% (YES THAT IS a 4!)
Jumbo 5/1 ARM: 5%

· We can relock – if rates continue to drop
