Rates improved slightly this week.
Rates for the weekend:
FHAs and conforming conventionals are ranging from 6.375% to 7.000 %. Jumbos are running from 7.750% to 8.500% .
Using CHFAs silent second to achieve 100% financing has rates running 7.000% for non-1st time home buyers and 6.375% for qualified 1st time homebuyers. These are down .125% from last week.
The Bond market will be closed Monday in observance of the holiday. Our office will be closed as well.
